Our Russian Blue cats
Our Russian Blue Cats & Family Lines
Some cats leave a lasting impression long after the years have passed. Rose, Pearl, Mabel, Clara, Bruno, Hazel, Oscar, Walter, and Daisy are part of the story of how I learned, grew, and shaped my breeding program.
Historical storyWhy parent information matters
The cats behind a pedigree matter to me.
I learned early that a pedigree tells you about ancestry, but not everything about a cat's health or temperament. That is why I have always valued the experience of other breeders who knew the cats behind the names and were willing to share what they had learned.
If you are interested in one of my current kittens, please ask what information and documentation I can share about their parents. The names below are part of my cattery's history, not a list of cats currently available or actively breeding.

The cats who shaped my story
A note about these names: these are cats from my breeding history. The photographs on this page are not identified as portraits of these individual cats, and the names are not meant to describe the cats currently available.
Rose arrived in 2010 as a foundation queen, and her daughter Pearl continued the line. Mabel arrived from England in 2011. In 2013, Clara, Pearl's daughter, was retained, and Bruno, a Scottish-born stud cat, joined the program.
Hazel arrived in 2014 as a second-generation descendant of Rose's line. Oscar joined in 2015 as Bruno's successor. Walter (Walt) and Daisy, Hazel's daughter, were retained in 2016 to continue their family lines.

A story of research, mentorship, and appreciation for the breed.
Each generation taught me something about the breed and about the value of working with knowledgeable, generous people. Rose remains especially close to my heart as a foundation queen, and I am grateful for the cats who came after her.
